Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("You" or "Your") and West Flagler Associates, Ltd., operator of JAM Arena (collectively, "WFA," "JAM Arena," "we," "us," or "our").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website(s) and related digital platforms (collectively, the "Site"), as well as your purchase of event tickets, attendance at events, and participation in any on-site promotions or activities offered at JAM Arena (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing tickets, or attending events at JAM Arena, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or the Services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Certain events or on-site promotions may be restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law or expressly stated by WFA or JAM Arena.
WFA and JAM Arena reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for safety, security, or failure to comply with venue rules or applicable law.
Attendance at all events is subject to JAM Arena's posted rules and policies.

4. On-Site Promotions and Activities

From time to time, JAM Arena may offer promotional activities or interactive experiences at events.

Participation is voluntary and subject to posted rules and instructions. WFA and JAM Arena reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or activity at any time for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

Participation constitutes acceptance of all applicable rules and acknowledgment of any inherent risks.

5. Your Conduct

By using the Site or attending events, you agree not to:
